    IAP / KUHLTEK has spent 3 years developing this unit. Based on The original BOSCH 009, this distributor is an ideal replacement. And is accepted by many engine builders. Hundreds are currently working perfectly in the field today.
    Similar material composition and it
    has the ideal advance curve for everyday performance.
    Can use all of the BOSCH cap, rotor, points, condenser and o-rings.
    It is fully equipped and ready to install. Points are pre set, but you should double check the grease and gap for good measure.
    This is also compatible with all aftermarket electronic ignition conversions, Petronix, Comp u fire and others.
    IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO INSTALL THIS UNIT ON A STOCK 1600CC MOTOR WITH A STOCK 34 PICT3 CARBURETOR, THIS IS
    NOT
    THE UNIT FOR YOU.  Flat Spots during acceleration with your 34 pict3 carb and a 009 mechanical distributor will happen. You will need the 034 vacuum advanced unit.
