After 40 years, my husband has finally retired from horse shoeing / farrier work!  During that time we've accummulated lots of inventory and now, I am in charge of selling his "stuff".
The item in this listing is NEW, not used...  But as farriers know, when a brand new item gets put into the shoeing rig, it miraculously attracts any dust / dirt from "miles" around. So pardon the dust/dirt on this item... its just part of nature of the business.
