99% of the time you will want SD vinyl.
All the decals will be the same color.
This is a machine cut decal it has NO BACKGROUND, the color you buy is the color of the decal. So in a nutshell the background color is whatever you place the decal on.

- About the EZ & SD vinyl:

EZ Vinyl:
The EZ vinyl removes cleanly and easily for up to 2 years after application and has a matte surface that suppresses unwanted reflection. The vinyl gives the applique a painted on effect.
EZ vinyl is an ideal choice for temporary and short-term indoor graphics - especially in trade shows, home decor, displays, museums,churches, schools and exhibitions. After 2 years a small amount of heat may be required to remove the applique. EZ Vinyl is removable but NOT reusable.
*EZPeel is made from Oracal 631 the preferred choice for home decor appliques.
EZ vinyl is the best choice for
indoor
applications.
Standard - SD Vinyl:
If you want a more durable indoor / outdoor vinyl that will stand up to rougher conditions such as high humidity (Shower Door or Tub), high traffic or outdoor use then select our standard vinyl SD. SD vinyl is a 6 year outdoor vinyl, if used indoors it will last MANY years. Our standard vinyl has an SD after the color name and will take a little heat to remove it once it's removed it is not reusable. SD vinyl has a low gloss appearance.

If you're new to applying Vinyl Decals then Google or
YouTube will be your best friend. There are 100's of videos that will help explain easy techniques for both dry & wet installs ( don't use a wet install for EZ vinyl )

- How to install:
+------------------------+
Prep
Remove your decal from the envelope / box lay it on a flat surface and rub a credit card or plastic spatula over your decal.
Do NOT remove the transfer or backing paper at this time.
Use rubbing alcohol to clean the surface and let it dry.
Products like Windex & 409 can and will leave a film and compromise adhesion.
Application
Move the decal near the area it is to be applied.
Remove the white paper backing paper be careful the vinyl is VERY sticky.
If you MUST set the decal down at this point lay it transfer paper side down.
Carefully place the decal over the area that you cleaned, before applying pressure make sure it is lined up.
From the center out, rub your credit card or spatula over the decal until it is flat and all air is removed.
Carefully lift one corner of the transfer paper and with your credit card / spatula near the area begin lifting the transfer paper.
If the decal sticks to the paper use your credit card / spatula to press the vinyl back down.
Continue this process until the transfer paper is removed.
Final
Now you can enjoy your decal for several years.

EZ Decals gently lift a corner and pull gently at a 90 degree angle. For SD vinyl gently heat the decal with a hairdryer, once the adhesive begins to soften gently pull the decal until it's removed.
