    Heller Legend 14" Farrier Hoof Rasp

    These were used by our farrier until he swapped for a new one, but they're still quite sharp and have a lot of life for woodworking, metalworking, or can be used as material for knifemaking or other blacksmithing projects.
    Each item has a rasp on one side and a coarse file on the other side - both of the sides shown in the image are on each item.
    If you haven't tried a hoof rasp for woodworking, they're invaluable for everything from home remodeling to timber framing, or even shaping your own axe handles, or making traditional archery bows. They are very effective for metalworking and rapidly remove soft metals without clogging up such as aluminum, brass, copper, etc. I have also used them on steel with good results.
    Every home shop needs an assortment of files including a farrier rasp.
    Comes as shown, but if you will be using this as a file/rasp please put a handle on it for comfort and safety.
