This is a premium quality, Ishino (OEM) brand distributor o-ring for many Toyota vehicles (refer to compatibility table).  This o-ring is located in the groove of the distributor shaft.  Approximate dimensions are:
OD: 37mm; ID: 29.3mm; thickness: 3.4mm.

Tech Notes:
This o-ring is a common cause of oil leaks seen in the area surrounding the base of the distributor.  Over time, the original o-ring becomes dry and brittle, giving rise to oil leaks.  No sealant is necessary when installing a new o-ring. All surfaces should be clean and free of debris prior to installation.  This o-ring fits many Toyota applications.
